Consults

Please allow between 30-min to 1 hour before and after your dedicated appointment time due to transport and other delays.

Treatment prices may vary from client to client based on individual needs and therapy programs are tailored for specifically according to the patient’s circumstances.

Every effort is done to ensure an effective treatment plan has been put in place as per the patient’s needs. While the plan may be adapted along the way to deliver better care; we do not always guarantee positive results in therapy. This is because every case is different, in addition to, the involvement of external factors that are outside the specialist’s control.

The discussed length of vision therapy isn’t fixed and is variable. While average therapy programs conclude at a year’s mark, some treatments may conclude earlier or take longer to achieve noticeable outcomes.

Similarly, follow-up consults may be weekly, fortnightly, monthly, on 6 week basis, or quarterly. The orthoptist will keep you notified and informed about the progress of your therapy program. You can ask to have reports delivered to your email whenever you choose.

“The Kits” are not refundable or returnable and are meant to provide patients with maintenance therapy after the conclusion of the vision therapy program.

Patients are provided with the option of purchasing a 3-months or 12-months digital vision therapy solution (included in the kit). If a patient chooses to purchase the 12 monthly subscription and concludes treatment before then, NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED TO THE REMAINING MONTHS.

Vision Vibes Orthoptics reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Appointment change of time or cancellations

Vision Vibes Orthoptics may, with your permission, change appointment time as per most suitable.

Patients may cancel their appointments up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time. A late cancellation fee of $50 will apply. New appointments will not be approved until late fee is paid.

Missed appointments will be charged in line with our Cancellation Policy.

Promotional Offers

Promotions are available at limited times as will be disclosed and no promotion will be provided after the expiry date.

Offesr may be withdrawn or extended at any time.

Promotions are also subject to their own terms and policies and may be limited to new customers only.

Products and services

Prices for our goods and services could change at any time without prior notice.

For any purchases made at our store, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and purchase information. In order for us to complete your transactions and get in touch with you as necessary, you agree to immediately update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates.

Some goods or services might only be accessible online via the website. These goods or services might be in short supply and can only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our return policy.

We have done everything we can to ensure that the colours and photos of our products that appear in the store are as accurate as possible. 

Neither do we guarantee that the Service will function error-free nor do we guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material accessed by you will match your expectations.

Please be aware that when sending information across networks, credit card numbers are always encrypted.

Orders that appear to have been placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors, in our sole discretion, may be restricted or prohibited.

In the future, we might add additional features to the website or provide new services (including, the release of new tools and resources). These Terms of Service will also apply to such new features and/or services.

Returns and Refunds

if you have purchased a bundle therapy session, and it has become apparent that the patient no longer requires the remaining sessions for valid reasons; a refund will be issued at the original session price, per remaining quantity; and not at the discounted bundle session pricing.

Should you wish to return a purchased product, that is in its original, unopened condition, please notify us within 14 days of receiving of items with a valid reason for return. A full refund will be issued upon receiving the returned product.

Safe workplace

Our staff has the right to work in safe environments free from verbal and physical violence. Any aggression, threats, abuse and assault will not be tolerated and may result in reporting to the police as a potential criminal offense. 

In the event that the orthoptist feels unsafe, they have the right to cut short the session, cease treatment and walk out. Patient/ family will be prohibited from further services and treatments. No refund of payments will be issued.

Unauthorized Use of Social Media

Use of social media to disparage or harass employees or even to obtain and share photography without the employee’s consent may prohibit the patient/family from accessing our services. No refund of payments will be issued.
